Oracle Database 23.7 Free multi-platform images now available on gvenzl/oracle-free

Oracle Database 23.7 Fee multi-platform images are now available on container registries docker.io/gvenzl/oracle-free and ghcr.io/gvenzl/oracle-free. With this release, the 23.5 images have now gone into Unsupported.

The new support matrix is now:

Config scripts

This release also introduces Config scripts. These are prebuilt scripts that can be used as initialization or startup scripts to enable or disable certain features of the Oracle Database. Note that some of the scripts may restart the database!
