Oracle AI Database 23.26.2 Free multi-platform images are now available on container registries docker.io/gvenzl/oracle-free and ghcr.io/gvenzl/oracle-free. With this release, 23.26.0 images have now gone into Unsupported. See the support matrix for more information.

I just tried version 23.26.2 (slim) on RaspberryPi 5 (16 GB) and it still failed with this logs:
ORA-27781: MGA segment attach failure

ORA-27302: failure occurred at: sskgm_mga_at
ORA-29701: unable to connect to Cluster Synchronization Service
